Roni W.

I am the official “O.G.” of the practice-38 years and counting! I started in 1987 as a dental assistant and transitioned to the front office 5 years ago. Needless to say, my patients and team members are like family to me. There are even a few families that I am working on the 3rd generation!

Outside of the office, I am a proud mom to a wonderful daughter who lives in Ohio on their dairy farm. And I love being “Maw-maw” to my 8-year-old grandson, with a granddaughter arriving in August!

Besides frequent trips to Ohio I love going on walks/hikes, traveling to any town or beach on the west side of Michigan, and cheering for the MSU Spartans! Go green!

RDA, RDH

I consider myself a passionate dental professional with over three years of hands-on experience as both a hygienist and assistant, graduating from Mott Community College. I genuinely love helping people feel comfortable and confident about their oral health. Whether I am educating patients or making sure everyth9ng flows smoothly behind the scenes, I bring positive energy to every part of the visit. Great care means more than just skill- it’s about connection, trust, and that personal touch I strive to give every single day.

In my spare time I enjoy making memories with my family and friends, reading, classic rock music, and catching a hockey game once in a while.

DDS

I grew up in Davison, Mi and feel really lucky to be practicing close to home. I studied biology at the University of Michigan-Flint and earned my dental degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2025. I’m super excited to be part of this team and to keep growing as a dentist. My favorite part of the job is getting to kow my patients and helping them feel more confident with their smiles. When I’m not in the office, you can probably find me playing volleyball, going to concerts, or cheering on my favorite teams at sporting events (GO BLUE!). At home, I’m usually handing out with my cat, Edgar.

I have been with Dr. Sata since 2020 and in the dental field for a total of 25 years. I am an experienced office manager and insurance biller where I help keep daily operations running smoothly and ensure patients receive the care they need with clarity and confidence in their insurance coverage. With a strong background in administrative support and public relations, I take pride in maintaining an organized, welcoming environment for both the team and patients.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two sons- my oldest recently got married and is expecting his first child, making me an excited grandmother-to-be. My younger son is 17 and preparing for his senior year of high school, which makes this an especially meaningful and transitional season of life. I value family, balance, and bringing a sense of care and purpose to everything I do.

RDA

During the fall of 2020, I went to Mott Community College for the Dental Assisting program. In May of 2021, I did my first externship at Dr. Sata’s office and recieved my RDA licence soon after. I loved being at Dr. Sata’s office for my externship (and obviously they loved me) and knew I wanted to work here. I began as part of the team in July 2021 and been here ever since. Along with assisting, I am also the office hygiene coordinator. I check insurance information, schedule appointments, and try to keep patients on a consistent hygiene schedule so they don’t fall through the cracks. When I’m not at work I enjoy reading, watching y favorite shows, going up North, hanging out with my best friend, and snuggling my cat.

My name is Karina Henry, RDH, and I’ve been a licensed dental hygienist since graduating from Mott Community College in 2017. I’ve been working alongside Dr. Sata since 2020, helping patients feel confident in their smiles and truly comfortable in the chair. My dog Remi often joins me at the office, adding a friendly and calming presence for patients. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, taking walks when the weather is nice, playing golf, and binge watching my favorite shows.

I have been working in the dental field for 27 years. After earning my Associate’s degree in Business, I began working in office administration for a large dental practice. After 3yrs in a corporate based dental office, I began working for a private dental practice. During my 16yrs working in private practice, my clinical knowledge and interest in the clinical aspect grew. My love of caring for patients led me to further my education into dental hygiene. With the great support of my family (including my work family) and friends, I enrolled at Mott Community College where I earned my Associate’s Degree in Applied Science for Dental Hygiene.

I began my dental hygiene career subbing in many offices and this is how I found Dr. Sata’s practice. After 5yrs with this amazing team, I can say I’m happy to have found another work family who cares for patients as much as I do! I take great pride in caring for my patients, while establishing a relationship with each one. When I am not with my work family, I navigate my own family’s ship with my First Mate, AKA husband, by my side. We have two kiddos, a 74lb. lap dog, and never a dull moment in our home! If you asked my crew to describe me, these are some words/phrases you would hear: “Awesome, Best Mom Ever, Loyal, Hardworking, Loving, Determined, Stubborn, Caring, and (this has to be my favorite) Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”

Stacey

My name is Stacey Peariso. I have been in the dental field for 30 years and been with Dr Sata the last two. I really feel I saved the best for last working with him. I’m an RDA/ CDA and graduated from Mott in the Dental Assisting program. I love my job and taking good care of my patients. I’ve been married to my husband for thirty two years. In our spare time we love spending time with my two grown boys and our two dogs. We also spend time up north on the water in the summertime.

Remi H.

CDSP (Certified Dental Support Puppy)

Hi, I’m Remi. I’ve been part of the team since 2020 and the cutest member of the team. You can usually find me hanging out in my little igloo in the front office and come out once in a while to say hello or when called upon to comfort a patient. I try to keep an eye on things and make sure things run smoothly but try to be as paws off as possible. I usually don’t bark much, but every now and then I can be a little feisty. I love lounging, eating, treats, and getting my belly rubbed.

Hmmm…I hate writing these things. I was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit. I went to The University of Michigan, earned a degree in Economics, and received my DDS degree from The University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1995. I come from a family of dentists with my mother practicing from 1973 to 2018 and my sister practicing from 2002 to the present. My father is in the fast-food franchise business and is still working. My first dental job was in the Flint/Burton/Grand Blanc areas, and I came to appreciate the area and its people. I was lucky enough to meet Dr. Brown and Dr. Weber who trusted me enough to take over their practices upon their retirement in 1999. 30 years later I am still lucky enough to be here and part of the community. I love dentistry (hate the insurance aspects) and my team and my patients.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, concerts, sporting events, golfing, and doing absolutely nothing. I also love traveling, experiencing different cultures, and history.
